Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 9:00 AM at the Office of Procurement, City Hall, 36 Court Street, Room 307, Springfield, MA 01103 or Online at www.comm-pass.com by selecting the Solicitation tab and using the Browse All Open by Entity (City of Springfield) option at any time 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

City Engineering department is soliciting bids for the lease of a large scale scanner/printer/plotter unit to be used in day to day operations for the engineering division. Must include delivery, installation and support and training. Maintenance must be at a "fixed" fee for five years. Bid price not to exceed $26,500.00

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
