The Springfield Public Schools Department is seeking bids to purchase a 20MM Double Faced Daktronics 3500 Digital Message Center for Springfield Central High School. The sign will be located at the Bay Street entrance and used to promote school and City functions. Additionally, Central High School will use the board to recognize student and staff achievement as well as other positive initiatives in the City of Springfield.
Estimated cost: $52,875.00.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject and/or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
This Invitation for Bids is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
