SPG-253 - Services: F&I Window Treatments on an "as needed" basis for Muncipal buildings

The City is seeking bids from qualified vendors to enter into a service agreement for on-call, as-needed, removal of existing window treatments and then furnish and install new roller shades/blinds and most other window treatments for windows located at various School and Municipal buildings located throughout the City of Springfield, MA. The City expects to award a contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor offering the lowest price with an estimated contract value of $150,000 per year.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
