12-380 - RFP: 2012 Shannon Community Safety Initiative Grant

The Shannon CSI Grant Program incorporates the key elements of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Comprehensive Gang Model. Grant funding, oversight, and technical assistance supports regional and multi-disciplinary approaches to combat gang and youth violence through coordinated prevention and intervention, law enforcement, prosecution, and reintegration programs.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than April 20, 2012 by close of business.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 9:00 AM at the Office of Procurement, City Hall - Room 307. All questions regarding this bid and its processes MUST be directed to Lauren Stabilo, Chief Procurement Officer by email at lstabilo@springfieldcityhall.com. All questions are due on Friday, April 20, 2012 and will be responded to by the Office of Procurement and forwarded to all registered bidders in the form of addenda.
