12-361 - Services: Grant Program Manager for (SSYI)

The Springfield Police Department of the City of Springfield wishes to obtain the services of a qualified Grant Program Manager to be directly responsible for ensuring the timely completion of all Safe and Successful Youth Initiative (SSYI) and Shannon Grant Initiative components. Coordinate and Chair monthly meetings with partners in the Safe and Successful Youth Initiative (SSYI) and Shannon Grant as well as Steering Committees and/or advisory boards. Work closely with servicing partners and manage those partners contracts and the scope of services provide in there agreements. Estimated cost is not to exceed $55,000.00.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than March 11, 2012 by close of business.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
