11-041 - Purchase of (1) Accurshear Hydraulic Shear
End date: Monday August 23, 2010 at 2 p.m.The City of Springfield, Massachusetts acting by and through the Springfield Public Schools is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of one (1) Accurshear Model #637510 Hydraulic Shear for the Roger L. Putnam Vocational Technical High School. The bid is to include the cost of freight and rigging to be installed at Putnam High School. Estimated total cost is $55,000.00.
All bids shall be in conformance with the provision of Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement at least seven business days prior to bid opening.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
