10-567 - Supply Integrate Pest Controls for All Springfield Public School Buildings

All staff involved in performing services under this contract must have a valid Commercial Applicator (Core) License or a valid Commercial Certification Number issued by the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources (DAR). All contractor employees are required to have an approved CORI check prior to entering any school building.

The City hereby requests sealed bids for integrated pest control services for the period July 1, 2010 to June 30th, 2011. The City reserves the right at its sole discretion to renew this Agreement for an additional two (2) one (1) year terms. Estimated cost of is Agreement $23,000.00/ year.

Questions regarding the IFB may also be submitted in writing to the CPO. In order to provide prompt answers to questions, the CPO requests that all Proposers submit written questions 7 days prior to the IFB response deadline. Accordingly, questions must be received in writing only at the City of Springfield's, Office of Procurement on June 24, 2010 by 4:30 P.M. Questions may be faxed or mailed. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
