10-525 - Automotive Parts & Repairs for Police Packaged Ford Vehicles from 1997 to Present

End date: Tuesday June 1, 2010 at 2 p.m.

Responses to the bid must include all the forms listed on the submission checklist sheet as attached to bid document. A Ford product Category Catalog or disc must be provided with discounts offered, special order discounts or plus markup and prompt pay discount. A Business Reference form must also be completed and signed. References listed must have done business with the bidder for 5+ years.

The Blanket contract will be from the period of June 1, 2010 - May 31, 2011 with the option to renew for two (2) one year periods.

Questions regarding the IFB may also be submitted in writing to the Office of Procurement. In order to provide prompt answers to questions, the CPO requests that all Proposers submit written questions seven days prior to the IFB response deadline. Accordingly, questions must be received in writing only at the City of Springfield's, Office of Procurement on May 25, 2010 by 4:00 P.M. Questions may be faxed or mailed.
