10-437 - PA: Medical Supplies

The City of Springfield is seeking competitive bids for Medical Supplies for Springfield Public Schools,
Springfield Health and Human Services Department and Other Municipal Departments.

Blanket agreement is for one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms upon appropriation of funds. The estimated cost per year is $150,000.00.

Deliveries will be shipped to various locations. No minimum orders required for delivery.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement at least seven business days prior to bid opening.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
