10-034 - PA: Teacher's Plan and Class Record Books
End date: Monday August 10, 2009 at 2 p.m.The Springfield Public School Department is going out to bid for Teacher's Plan Books and Class Record Books.
Price Agreement is for one year August 15, 2009 thru August 14, 2010 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms. The estimated cost per year is $20,000.00.
Deliveries will be shipped to various locations. Shipping fees and discounts included in price of items. No minimum orders required for delivery. Prices must be held firm during entire length of Price Agreement.
All questions regarding the bid or its specifications must be received by the Department of Purchase at least seven business days prior to bid opening.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
