299 - RFP: Redevelopment of Various Residential Properties

The City of Springfield is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of various residential properties. The City will entertain all offers.

The submission package proposal must be submitted as follows:

Proposer\'s name, address, phone and fax number marked on the outside of eight (8) envelopes, each marked \"Request for Proposal for Redevelopment of Residential Properties - Per Bid No. 299\". One (1) unbound original proposal and seven (7) bound copies of the proposal must be submitted simultaneously in eight (8) separate envelopes.

Property Listings: 82 Cherry Street, ES Clifton Avenue, WS Eastern Avenue, 20 Lincoln Street, ES Pine Street and NS Pine Street Court.

Any and all properties are being sold \"as is\" and the City makes no representations regarding the structural or environmental conditions. The selected developer accepts the properties \"as is\" with no exception.

February 11 and February 18 at 11:00-11:45 a.m.
Site Visit: 20 Lincoln Street
February 11 and February 18, 12:00-12:45 p.m.

If no date and time has been given, no access to property is permitted or necessary

No additional tours can be accommodated.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 10 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
