263 - Consultant Services to Prepare a Redevelopment Plan for the Arthur MacArthur Army Reserve Center

The Springfield Redevelopment Authority for the City of Springfield, Massachusetts (the "City") is seeking one or more individuals or firms to provide consulting services to prepare a redevelopment plan for the Arthur MacArthur Army Reserve Center at 50 East Street (land and buildings) owned by the Department of the Army. Total budget for project is estimated at $75,000.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Department of Purchase business no later than close of business on January 19, 2009. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.


This Bid was scheduled to be opened on Monday, January 26, 2009. It has been rescheduled to open on Thursday, January 29, 2009.
