243 - Leasing of Office Space and Classroom Space for Springfield Public Schools Adult Education Program

End date: Monday January 12, 2009 at 2 p.m.

Amount of space: Approximately 3,500 square feet of net usable area (N.U.A.), including
offices, classroom space and storage space. Facility must have a minimum of 3,500 square
feet and the Springfield public schools will not pay for any area over 3,800 square feet. Building
must be located in the City of Springfield.

Type of space:
1. Subdivided office space,approximately eight hundred (800) square feet.

2. Divided classroom space in a minimum of eight (8) classrooms. No minimum square footage required per room.

Basic term of lease:
one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year period(s). All inquiries
should reference the bid number and the opening date.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Department of Purchase no later than December 31, 2008 by close of business.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
