The vacant site is located on the corner of Hancock and Tyler Streets in the Old Hill section of the City. The City is most interested in development proposals that reuse the property for commercial/business use consistent with the Business B zoning and consistent with the adjacent area. A single or two-family residential home is also an acceptable reuse. The following are not allowed: Uses not allowed within Business B zoning and non-accessory signs.
