The City of Springfield is requesting proposal for the disposition and redevelopment of the following properties.

The parcel is located in the Liberty Heights neighborhood and excellent access to Interstate 291. The City is most interested in development proposals that reuse the property for manufacturing, fabricating, processing, packing, warehousing, distribution and are consistent with uses in the adjacent area. The following are not allowed: Uses not allowed within Industrial A zoning and Non-accessory signs.
Questions regarding the RFP may also be submitted in writing to the Purchase Department. In order to provide prompt answers to questions, the RFP Review Committee requests that all Proposers submit written questions ten days prior to the RFP response deadline. Accordingly, questions must be received in writing only at the City of Springfield's, Department of Purchase on November 29, 2007 by 4:00 P.M. Questions may be faxed or mailed. The Acting Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
