55 - RFP: Redevelopment of Residential Properties

The City of Springfield is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of residential properties.

There will be a site tour for 82 Cherry Street on October 10th and October 18th from 11:00-11:45 a.m.

An indemnification agreement must be executed and submitted to the City staff prior to entry.

A Technical Assistance Workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the Office of Housing and Neighborhood Services, 1600 East Columbus Ave., Springfield, MA 01105.
