52 - PA: CRS-2 EMULSION

The City of Springfield Public Works Department is requesting bids for Asphalt Emulsion CRS-2.

Estimated cost is $30,000.00 per year. This price agreement has an option to renew for two additional one- year terms.

All questions regarding the specifications or process of the bid must be in writing to the attention of the Chief Procurement Officer and must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. seven working days prior to bid opening.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.


All bidders are advised that the City of Springfield encourages the use of minority and women owned business (MWBE). The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
