281 - PA: Services: Cleaning & Reconditioning of Athletic Equipment

The City of Springfield, through the School Department requests bids for the Cleaning & Reconditioning of Athletic Equipment.

The estimated cost is $25,000.00 per year with an option to renew upon appropriation of funds for two additional one- year terms. Any vendor submitting a bid must include a formal statement of net worth or have Product Liability Insurance of not less than $5,000,000.00.

All vendors agree that all labor and parts are fully guaranteed. All equipment will be insured from the time of leaving the school, until returned to the school.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.

The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.


No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least seven business days prior to the expiration of the time set for filing proposals.
