98 - Banking Services for City of Springfield Treasurer's Office
End date: Thursday November 9, 2006 at 2 p.m.The City of Springfield (the City) is soliciting proposals for banking services from qualified, full-service banking institutions with demonstrable experience in the municipal area. The City will pay for these services on a direct fee basis. The successful Offeror will be required to provide complete banking services to the City commencing February 1, 2007. Estimated Cost $150,000.00/year.
Prospective Offerors must demonstrate the ability to provide the full range of banking services described in this document, must meet all minimum criteria and must submit a completed proposal. All banking institutions submitting a proposal must be familiar with and able to comply with all Massachusetts General Laws (MGL) pertaining to municipal banking relations.
The City hereby requests competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, § 6.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Department of Purchase business no later than October 25, 2006 by 5:00 P.M. Facsimiles will be accepted to the attention of Eddie Corbin, Chief Procurement Officer at (413) 787-6295.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
