73 - Medical Supplies

Annual Price Agreement for Medical supplies for Springfield Public Schools Department. The Price agreement period will be from April 1, 2007 - March 31, 2008 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Estimated cost is $50,000.00 per year.

Requirements:
• Must deliver supplies to the individual schools
• Must deliver equipment that is deemed an emergency within the same day or at least no later than the following morning.
• Total award to one vendor; see additional requirements in bid specifications.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
