44 - Redevelopment of Residential Properties

The City of Springfield is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of residential properties. The City will entertain all offers. For specific information on individual properties including street and parcel identification number, address, current use and minimum bid copies will be made available at the Purchase Department on August 9, 2006.

Properties are: 61 Arthur Street, 42 Bay Street/NS Rear Bay Street, 99-101 Middlesex Street, ES Oakwood Terrace, ES Pomona Street, 50 Princeton Street, 79-81 Princeton Street, 25 Saint James Avenue, 217-217 1/2 Tyler Street, 221 Rear Tyler Street and SS Rear Tyler Street.

Site tours will be held on Friday, August 18th see bid for times.

Two (2) Technical Assistance Workshops will be available on the following dates: Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at 6:00 PM and Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at 10:00 AM. Workshops will be at the Office of Housing and Neighborhood Services, 1600 E. Columbus Avenue, Springfield, MA 01103.
