292 - PA: Composition Books

The City of Springfield Public Schools Department is going out to bid for Composition Books.

The Price Agreement is for one year, beginning June 1, 2007 thru May 31, 2008. The estimated cost of the Composition Books is $39, 700.00.

Deliveries will be shipped to various locations. Shipping fees and discounts included in price of items. No minimum orders required for delivery. Prices must be held firm during entire length of Price Agreement.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
