10 - PA: Controlled Density Fill
End date: Friday July 21, 2006 at 2 p.m.The City of Springfield Department of Public Works is requesting bids for Controlled Density Fill.
Description: Approx. 5000 Cubic Yards of Controlled Density Fill (CDF) to be delivered F.O.B. (Ground) construction project and/or any point within City limits. Also to City owned land outside City limits, via truck.
Estimated cost per year is $10,000.00. This price agreement has an option to renew for two additional one- year terms.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. No questions will be answered unless received by the Chief Procurement Officer at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the time set for submitting bids or proposals. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
