209 - RFP: Consultant for School Service Program

End date: Monday January 30, 2006 at 2 p.m.

The School Committee of the City of Springfield wishes to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide professional development and program review of contracted Food Service program.

The requirements of a consultant for contracted Food Service program are listed below:

1. Review and monitor Food Service program's private contractor's monthly financial statements.
2. Provide professional development and training on the operations of a privatized food service program to the Food Service Coordinator (FSC).
3. Prepare a RFP for district's vending program.
And all other requirements as listed in the bid specifications.

The initial contract period shall cover the time period of February 12, 2007 - June 30, 2007.The contract shall include one one-year option to renew. The option year will cover the time period of July 1, 2007- December 31, 200
