RFP 26-1002 - RFP- Sale & Development of NS Worthington Street

The SRA is requesting proposals for the purchase and development of the property formerly known as the NS Worthington Street Property (Parcels 125350042, 125350044 and 125350046). The SRA will entertain all offers that propose the highest and best use of the property, while complying with all applicable urban renewal regulations. This is not a formal solicitation under MGL Chapter 30B Subsection 16. The RFP will be made available on Friday, October 31, 2025, to interested parties by registering at the following link (https://www.springfield-ma.gov/planning/bid-inquiry/sra.php). Responses must be received by 2:00PM EST on Friday, November 21, 2025 to SRA Offices located at 70 Tapley Street in Springfield, MA. This RFQ should not be construed as an obligation on the part of the SRA to enter into any contract. The SRA, in its discretion, may decide in the future to negotiate directly and enter into a contract with a Respondent or cancel the solicitation. The SRA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any parts thereof deemed not to be in the best interest of the SRA and public.
