The SRA is requesting proposals for the purchase and development of NS Central Street, Parcel No. 025600102 (herein the “Property”). Proposals submitted in response to this RFP should reflect the community benefits to the City, SRA and neighborhood. The SRA will entertain all offers that provide a positive community use to the neighborhood, while complying with all applicable urban renewal priorities and standards.
