The City of Springfield’s Commissioner of Health and Human Services, Helen Caulton-Harris, has been selected as a Woman of Impact honoree by Business West for the year 2020. Commissioner Caulton-Harris and seven other honorees will be celebrated on December 10th at the third annual Women of Impact Gala presented by Business West.
