Mayor Domenic J. Sarno states, “Upon the recommendation/findings of Hearing Officer Atty. Lisa C. DeSousa, I have suspended Club Pandora’s Entertainment License, and the License Commission has also followed suit until and if all set conditions are fully met and complied with pertaining to management, public safety, parking and curtailed hours of operation issues (please see the attached Entertainment License decision and License Commission agreement). After meeting with the residents of the affected neighborhood, I attended and testified at the over three hour hearing on behalf of these Pine Point residents. I heard their heartfelt cries to stop the constant late night/early morning hours public safety and quality of life issues that have negatively impacted this quiet Pine Point neighborhood. Any non-compliance of this ruling will result in this establishment remaining closed.”
