Residents Florence Hall, 103, Ruth Fisher, 105, Celebrate Birthdays at Summit ElderCare

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno recognized two residents of Summit ElderCare for their birthday milestones today. Florence Hall celebrated her 103^rd birthday and Ruth Fisher her 105^th during a party thrown in their honor by family, friends and Summit staff. Communications Director Marian Sullivan presented them each with Mayoral proclamations, and shared with them that Mayor Sarno declared their birthdays, February 22^nd and February 20^th of 2017, as “Ruth Fisher Day” and “Florence Hall Day,” respectively, in the City of Springfield. Happy birthday to these two ladies!
