When are the bills due?

The fee is due and payable thirty (30) calendar days from the billing date. 

The City is not responsible for late or undelivered mail.  Non-receipt of the trash fee bill does not affect the property owner's responsibility to pay such charges. 

Trash fee bills, with accumulated interest, that remain unpaid will be liened against the real estate property tax bills for the year following the delinquency.
