Early Morning Workout for Springfield Police Academy Recruits 

Springfield, Mass. - Springfield Police Academy Class 0526 get in an early morning workout.   

The recruits under the direction of Captain Brian Beliveau and Lieutenant Eleni Barbieri began their six months of training earlier this month with an anticipated graduation in May.  

Of the 66 recruits in the class, 57 are headed to the Springfield Police Department, four to the Holyoke Police Department, three to the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department, one to the Easthampton Police Department and one to the Palmer Police Department.
