SPD Ordinance Unit & Code Enforcement Conduct Park and Walk Sweep in South End

Springfield, Mass. --- On Thursday August 28th members of the Springfield Police Ordinance Unit along with members of the Department of Code Enforcement conducted a quality-of-life park and walk sweep in the South End of Springfield.  

The Springfield Police issued 54 ordinance tickets, 23 parking tickets and towed five unregistered motor vehicles.  Members of Code Enforcement issued 39 tickets.
