169 Maple Street

The City of Springfield is currently soliciting proposals for the redevelopment of the property at 169 Maple Street. Please visit the Office of Procurement website for additional information regarding this opportunity.  The City will entertain all offers. 

The City of Springfield is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of the multi-unit building located at 169 Maple Street. This building was constructed circa 1920, has five levels, contains 30,552 square feet and is located on a 7,454 square foot lot, zoned Commercial A.  The City is also making available the vacant lot at SS Central Street (05260-0220) that may be incorporated into development plans as a possible location for designated parking for the property.  

Site Tours are as follows:

  • June 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
  • June 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
