Mayor Domenic J. Sarno appreciated a visit today from his former intern, Lamari Jackson, who serves as District Director for the Office of Senator Adam Gómez. She came to share a copy of the official MA Senate Adjournment that Senators Adam Gomez and Jake Oliveira called for in Memory of Springfield resident and “ace community photographer” Edward “Ed” Cohen who recently passed away.
Mayor Sarno states, “Ed, as you never forgot your home city, we in Springfield will never forget you. Thank you to Senators Gomez and Oliveira for this touching and well-deserved tribute for Ed out on Beacon Hill. Thank you, Lamari for coming by to share it with us.”
