Mayor Domenic J. Sarno thanks crews with Springfield Parks, Buildings and Recreation Management (PBRM) and the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department for their efforts in beautifying Pynchon Park ahead of the World’s Largest Pancake Breakfast.
Mayor Sarno states, “A big thanks to PBRM Tom Ashe and Sheriff Nick Cocchi and their crews who spent the day cleaning up Pynchon Park ahead of the World’s Largest Pancake Breakfast. With the crews doing the work ‘in-house’ we are able to save funds. Pynchon Park, which is located just past the beautiful and new ‘The Landing’ on Bruce Landon Way, is a great place to take your pancakes tomorrow and enjoy the breakfast a bit away from the crowd.”
