Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joins with the City Clerk’s Office in celebrating the retirement of long-time employee Thoa Duong. Thoa has served the city in the Clerk’s Office for 15 dedicated years. Thoa is City Hall’s first Vietnamese employee.
Mayor Sarno states, “Congratulations to Thoa Duong on a well-deserved retirement, after 15 dedicated years of service to the City of Springfield. Another first for the City of Firsts, as Thoa is City Hall’s first Vietnamese American Employee. Good health and continued success on a well-deserved retirement.”
