The Springfield Vietnamese Cultural Association held their New Year “Tet” Festival Celebration on Sunday afternoon at the St. Anthony’s Cedar Banquet Hall. This year celebrates the year of the Horse and the event offered a showcase the beautiful cultural traditions of our Springfield Vietnamese community. This event is intended to provide meaningful opportunities for members of the Vietnamese community, as well as our international friends, to experience the values, customs, and traditions of the Vietnamese New Year in the United States. Furthermore, it serves as an important cultural and educational occasion for younger generations to understand, preserve, and promote Vietnamese heritage.
