Mayor Sarno issues statement on the passing of retired Chief of Litigation John T. Liebel

Mayor Domenic J. Sarno is very sorry to hear about that passing of the city Law Department’s former, long-time Chief of Litigation John T. Liebel.

Mayor Sarno states, “My sympathy, thoughts, prayers, and encouragement go out to John’s family, friends, and colleagues. He was a very well respected, skilled, and meticulous attorney who served our city well. May God Rest His Soul.”
