You can report streetlights that are damaged, flickering, dim, or out of power to Eversource at 1-800-286-2000 or through the Eversource website: https://www.eversource.com/residential/services/streetlight-request
When reporting online, fill out all of the required information. Please note, that some information is optional (e.g. pole number/cross street/business name/account number). Filling out the 'Streetlight Repair Information' will generate a repair request. After submitting a repair request form, you are able to track an existing request through the same link under 'Track Requests’.

It’s a public safety concern and by working together we can continue to address it. Our 311 team and my staff do a great job collecting the right information following up on reports. I am also thankful to Eversource for their continued progress in addressing this important concern by dedicating more crews toward repairs, streamlining their reporting system, and the ongoing LED conversion.
