This forum creates space for Springfield families, advocates and service providers to share their stories and explore how systems shape the perinatal experience.

We are thrilled to have as our keynote speaker, Linda Wilson. Mrs. Wilson is the Executive Director of Fund II Foundation, leading signature initiatives including Restoration Retreat for Black youth, Cradle to Greatness—supporting Black and Brown communities on paths to prosperity—and InternX.org, which connects culturally aware companies with overlooked and underestimated students. Fund II Foundation is grounded in authentic collaboration, bold metrics, and transformative, sustainable impact. A longtime human rights activist and consultant, Linda has worked across education, government, business, media, and grassroots movements, facilitating courageous conversations to build bridges among diverse and often divided communities. Previously, she served as Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at a global engineering firm, earning national recognition for its internship programs. As an ordained interfaith minister, Linda believes communication and collaboration are love in action. She is also a climate justice advocate, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
