Chief of Staff Bill Baker, on behalf of Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, joined the Springfield Fire and Emergency Communications team today to congratulate the seven new Springfield Fire Department Emergency Communications Dispatch graduates at a special ceremony at the East Forest Park Library. Deputy Fire Chief Mike Hess, Deputy Fire Chief Tyrone Denson, 911 Dispatch Deputy Rebecca Ocasio, Police Sargent Orette Ho Sang, Tim Cunningham from AMR, and Jillian Madison-Wilson, who helps train new dispatchers, also joined. Orlando Gonzalez, spoke on behalf of the class of graduates.

The Six new graduates are: Trevon Akers, Laron Briscoe Sr., Orlando Gonzalez, Xashairys Gonzalez, Shirelle Lumpkin, and Colin Sasen.
