BRIGHT NIGHTS AT FOREST PARK, Tickets On Sale NOW!

Bright Nights at Forest Park is a holiday tradition. It has made millions of memories, and more will be made when the holiday lighting extravaganza opens for the 31st season.

Tickets to take the three-mile tour through the more than 750,000 lights and magical displays are now on sale.  These include general admission and discounted tickets.  General admission tickets are $25 per car plus a $2 ticket fee. Discounted tickets are available for Roll Back Night on Wednesday, November 26th when admission rolls back to 1995 when Bright Nights opened and admission was just $6 per car.  Tickets for $12 Tuesdays are also available.  Admission is just $12 per car, including the $2 ticket fee, on December 9th and 16th.

“We have some surprises coming for this holiday season,” said Spirit of Springfield President and Bright Nights Co-Founder Judy Matt.  “Visitors will want to be sure to stop at Santa’s Magical Forest!”

Season Passes are available through November 1st for $65.  The pass, which allows unlimited visits to Bright Nights at Forest Park for a personal vehicle, includes a coupon book for area restaurants and attractions, and a complimentary admission ticket to share with a friend.

The enchanted journey through the park includes iconic displays like Seuss Land and Happy Holidays, Springfield.  In Winter Woods and through the Blizzard Tunnel, the lights sparkle all around the cars.  The Everett Barney Mansion has been confused for an actual home, and many have commented that they wish they could live in Toy Land. The Winter Garden features towering icy urns.  Jurassic World is filled with dinosaurs and a volcano that shoots out snowflakes.  There is a charming frog that leaps from his lily pad to make a splash, and so many more displays to enjoy during the holiday adventure.

A visit to Santa’s Magical Forest is a must for every trip.  Santa will be there through Christmas Eve.  There will be entertainment and activities, snacks and souvenirs, gifts and goodies, and some new attractions.

Bright Nights at Forest Park will be open from Wednesday, November 26, 2025, through Sunday, January 4, 2026, and closed Monday, December 1 and Tuesday, December 2, 2025.  The lights will be lit nightly at 5pm, and glow through 9pm Sunday through Thursday, and 10pm Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays that include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
