Today, Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, CAFO Cathy Buono, Police Superintendent Lawrence Akers, City Solicitor Steve Buoniconti, and CDO Tim Sheehan met with representatives from Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell’s office for continued updates on federal actions, including on public safety and grants.
Mayor Sarno states, “I want to thank Attorney General Andrea Campbell and team for their support as we continue to monitor actions from the federal government that may impact us here in Springfield. Our city team remains committed to working on behalf of the residents and business community of Springfield to keep us all safe and protect critical programs and services.”
