Mayor Sarno and Director Cignoli, as well as Vice President of Healthcare for Suffolk Construction Mark Fulco and Regional Vice President for Advocacy and Government Relations at Mercy Medical Center/Trinity Health of New England Dan Keenan, are featured speakers as part of the session titled Masters of Disasters: City and Hospital Responses to Natural Disasters and Other Unusual Occurrences in Springfield.
