Springfield Public Schools and Springfield City Library Partner for Second Year of Super Saturdays & Sundays

Springfield Public Schools (SPS), in partnership with Springfield City Library, is proud to announce the return of Super Saturdays & Sundays, a districtwide community forum series now entering its second year.

Thanks to the partnership with Springfield City Library, library card registration will be available at every forum. At the first forum on October 4th, the library will also provide a children’s gift basket raffle and door prizes for students to encourage family participation.

The forums, hosted by Superintendent Dr. Sonia Dinnall, are designed as open conversations where parents, students, educators, and community members can share their concerns, ideas, and hopes for the future of Springfield schools. “Super Saturdays & Sundays are about building connections and empowering our families,” said Superintendent Dr. Sonia Dinnall. “We are so pleased to continue this series for a second year. The success of the first year affirmed our belief in the power of these conversations, and with the Springfield City Library joining us, we are making the experience even stronger for our students and families.”
