On behalf of Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, Chief of Staff Bill Baker and Mayoral Aide Rose McCaffrey joined with Police Superintendent Larry Akers, the Springfield Police Department, Fire Commissioner BJ Calvi, the Springfield Fire Department, East Forest Park Neighborhood Council, partner agencies, residents and community supporters to attend the East Forest Park neighborhood’s National Night Out (NNO) neighborhood event yesterday evening at Nathan Bill’s Park on Plumtree Road.
Mayor Sarno states, “I always look forward to joining with our brave and dedicated men and women of the Springfield Police Department, our neighborhood councils, and our residents, businesses and community supporters for our National Night Out events across the city.
