Springfield Public Schools Partners with MGM Springfield and Western Mass Economic Development Council to Host Job Fair on March 15

Springfield Public Schools (SPS) partners with MGM Springfield and the Western Mass Economic Development Council (EDC) to host a job fair next Saturday, March 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at MGM Springfield. This event gives job seekers a chance to explore a wide range of career options within SPS, meet hiring managers, and apply on-site.

The EDC is serving as a resource partner for the event, further supporting efforts to connect job seekers with local employment opportunities. “The Western Mass EDC is committed to fostering economic growth by supporting initiatives that strengthen our workforce,” said Kayla Soto, Associate Director at Western Mass EDC. “By partnering with Springfield Public Schools and MGM Springfield, we are helping to create pathways to stable, rewarding careers that benefit both individuals and the broader community.”

SPS is hiring teachers, paraprofessionals, security officers, crossing guards, and more. Attendees will have direct access to recruiters and hiring teams to learn about competitive salaries, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
