Mayor Sarno Congratulates Captain Brian Keenan on being Named the next Police Chief for the City of Holyoke

Mayor Sarno states, “Congratulations to Captain Brian Keenan on being tapped to become the next Police Chief for the City of Holyoke. Bittersweet for me, our Springfield Police Department and the City. Our loss and Mayor Garcia’s gain. Captain Keenan has ‘The mettle’ to do the job and our SPD Firearms Investigation Unit has done some tremendous work under his leadership.
