Mayor Domenic J. Sarno joined Common Capital President Raymond Lanza-Weil, Director of Lending Callie Niezgoda Flanagan, Director of Outreach and Communications Roberto Nieves, and team for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Common Capital’s Business Resource Center located in downtown Springfield Friday afternoon. Also, in attendance were, State Senator Adam Gomez, State Representative Carlos Gonzalez, and Springfield Regional Chamber President Diana Szynal.
Common Capital’s new offices are located at 270 Bridge Street. Common Capital is a non-profit, SBA-supported, community loan fund by creating economic opportunities for low-to-moderate income people, women, people of color, and immigrants that serves all four counties in Western Massachusetts. Non only does Common Capital offer loans, they support their borrowers’ growth and success with free technical assistance.
