Mayor Domenic J. Sarno, Chief of Staff Bill Baker, and Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management (PBRM) Director Tom Ashe met with co-founder of the Jeffrey Speller Foundation '4 Change' (JSF ‘4Change’) charitable organization and 22 News anchor Ciara Speller today to discuss the foundation’s mission and opportunities to partner with the city.
“We are proud to support Ms. Ciara Speller in her efforts to keep her father’s vision of providing support and resources for youth participation in golf programs alive. We are looking forward to working with her and the foundation to expand the city’s middle school golf program. Our youth should have the opportunity to learn this sport to not only spend time outdoors but to help in the development of social skills that will set them up for success in the future. Such an amazing way to honor the life and legacy of Mr. Jeffrey Speller!”
