The City of Springfield Department of Public Works (DPW) has announced that due to the severity and timing of the snowstorm, there will be no collection of trash, recycling or bulk item materials on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
Trash and recycling collection will resume Friday, December 18, 2020.
Trash and recycling collection that was scheduled for Thursday, December 17th, will be collected on Saturday, December 19, 2020. The Solid Waste Division reminds residents to place their items on the curb by 6:00 a.m.
